Launching the First Website for 905 Fest
905 Fest is a community festival celebrating local music, food, and culture throughout the Hamilton region. As a new event, they needed a website that would introduce the festival and become a central hub for attendees, performers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers.

The organizers wanted to launch their first festival website to build awareness, simplify online applications and create a newsletter to keep the community informed before and after the event.
I managed the project from concept to launch, working closely with the organizers to design and develop a custom WordPress website. I created the page layouts, wrote the website copy, optimized images, built responsive contact and application forms and optimized the site for performance across all devices.
905 Fest launched with a professional website that helps promote the event, supports community engagement and makes it easy for performers, vendors, sponsors and volunteers to get involved. I continue to provide technical support to help keep the website running smoothly as the festival grows.
